Free Inspection & Quote
One of our experienced team will come visit you onsite to assess your block and determine the best possible design solution for you. Based on your individual requirements and needs we will prepare a detailed costing for your approval.
Permits & Approvals
Alexacon will then help arrange and gain all the necessary permits and approvals with the Central Coast Council. We will then also advise appropriate timeframes for when you’ll need to move out of your existing home.
Move out & Demolition
If you’re currently living in your existing home it’s time to move out – we can even help recommend a removalist company.
Work is now underway and the demolition starts.
New Home Construction
Once your old house is gone, the build process begins. We will provide consistent updates throughout the entire process and you’ll be able to see your new home coming to life as the new slab is poured, the roof is pitched and the brickwork begins.
Handover
Once construction is complete we will undertake a walkthrough and final inspection with you.
If there’s any outstanding items, these will be addressed and seen to then it’s time to get your keys and move into your brand new home!

This ultimately depends on how small your block is, but Alexacon has a range of two storey home designs that can help maximise your space. During your initial onsite quote, we will assess your options to determine the best home design to match your needs and block size.

Demolition costs are dependent upon the size of your existing house and the ease of access. You can expect to pay between $17,000 (for an average three-bedroom house) and up to $40,000.
