One of our experienced team will come visit you onsite to assess your block and determine the best possible design solution for you. Based on your individual requirements and needs we will prepare a detailed costing for your approval.

Permits & Approvals

Alexacon will help arrange and obtain the necessary permits and approvals with the relevant local council and authorities. We’ll guide you through the approval process and advise on expected timeframes, including when you may need to move out of your existing home.

Move out & Demolition

How long does a knockdown rebuild project take?

As a general guide, the pre-construction stage, including planning, approvals and demolition, can take approximately 12 months, followed by a construction period of around 30 weeks. Every project is different, and timeframes may be influenced by factors such as:
